Free cancellation or dates change until 15 days before check-in time. If booked less than 20 days before check-in, free cancellation or dates change for 48 hours after booking, up to 24 hours before check-in. All fees including cleaning fee are non-refundable after that time.

Dates change is not possible after the free cancellation windows is over. 

Optionally you can opt-in for the Stay Flex option during the booking process to extend your cancellation window or change your reservation dates up to 5 days before check-in.

Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.

Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.

24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00.

To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement.

Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.

A reception or other hotel services are not available, however, our hosting team will be always available to help you.

It is free for tenants to use WYZ’s laundry room. The laundry room is located on the first floor. There are two washing machines and two dryers.

It is free for tenants to use WYZ’s gym. The gym is located on the first floor.
